Refunds Policy

Conasia Global Internet Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

Thank-you for being our valued customer.

All sales are final.

All services are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued once approved and paid for. Your payment also constitutes your approval.

There are no refunds for marketing services and/or marketing projects that have been proofed & approved by you.

There are no refunds or replacements for purchases of digital or non-digital ad space, pay-per-click ads, pay-per-view ads, retargeting impressions, or cold traffic impressions that have been placed in a publication or on a platform for distribution. Nor are there refunds or replacements for purchases of videos, digital display ads or banner ads.

Substitutions (or makegoods) may be allowed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion for in-house creative work that has not yet commenced.

No substitutions are allowed on any project where you have approved a technical sign-off or final proof.

You are free to cancel our services at any time without charge. You will be prorated any marketing fees and/or ad management fees associated with your advertising agreement/contract. In other words, you will be prorated for the spending level you qualify for.

You will need to clearly communicate what you expect us to do. We in turn will give you an agreement that states the deliverables and agreed upon compensation. All payments are in advance of work to be done.

You agree to give us the things we jointly agree upon that we need in a timely manner and deliver those things to us in the format we need, to complete a project for you.

We will also need you to review our work, provide feedback and approval in a timely manner. We work off deadlines. You agree to be bound by dates we set together. Delays caused by you may result in additional charges to you if those delays result in increased charges to us.  Finally, you agree to stick to the payment schedule.

We have the experience and ability to do everything we state we will do, and we will do it all in a professional and timely manner. We will endeavor to meet every deadline that is set.
